Job Description:
NIGHT SHIFT electrical bias maintenance engineer to carry out planned and breakdown repairs to a heavily automated food production plant. Working on various equipment from labelling, packaging, conveyor, mixing and other associated machinery within the factory. Having PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives pumps and capital equipment knowledge. Experience of Lean Manufacturing Process techniques is advantageous, the site is rapidly expanding and looking for engineers with a forward thinking attitude be able to self manage and assist in ways of process improvements.

Person Specification: Ideal Background etc
Proactive approach, self managing attitude. Having industry experience within bottling, dairy, food or brewery is preferred.

Job Description:
This is a NIGHT SHIFT role: Working for this progressive and expanding company you will be a time-served multi skilled engineer, preferably 50/50 although a bias towards mechanical is acceptable. Proven experience of hydraulic, pneumatic, motors, drives and bearings is essential. You will have a good understanding of electrical and be able to carry out planned and breakdown repairs in both aspects. Working on various food production equipment from packaging, labelling, conveyor and bottling machinery etc. This is a heavy automated site with current operating systems in lean manufacturing i.e. 5s, SMED and Kaizan. You will be of a self managing attitude and individually targeted to show 25k savings per annum through various process improvements / waste reduction etc. This role will consist of projects involvement and therefore will offer a varied aspect to the job. This company is forward thinking and keen to employee candidates who are ambitious and have a self motivated drive that are looking to be challenged in more than just a maintenance role.

Food, bottling, dairy, or brewery industry experience is the first preference alternatively automated production environment industry would be considered

Job Description: Our Client is looking to recruit a commercial gas engineer in the East of England region to bolster their expanding team. The installation/service engineer position will require you to carry out commercial boiler installations, piping, repairs, service and maintenance across the client’s strong customer base.
You will possess commercial experience installing & maintaining boiler/heating systems. You will also possess relevant industry qualifications. This role includes a fully equipped commercial vehicle and all communication tools required.
This position involves extensive travel and frequent overnight stays.

This established and expanding company require a multiskilled MECHANICAL BIAS maintenance engineer to cover predominately planned maintenance. Working on fast production machinery within a food manufacturing plant, experience of planned and breakdown maintenance on motors, bearings, drives, conveyors and various packaging machinery and associated equipment. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and basic electrical skills is also required. Experience within a FOOD PROCESS or PHARMACEUTICAL industry is a min requirement.
