£24K+NEG + Bonus + Bens (G1111158) Cambridgeshire Our client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to their expanding team. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to; Provide front-line liaison for distributors on technical issues; assist with identification of machine parts and other order administration queries; provide interface to discuss non-standard parts requests. Work with distributors to develop and improve their service offering, including carrying out regular audits of the service organisation and performance. Visit distributors to provide sales and service support, assist with on-site problem resolution, review parts returns, review on-going technical issues (including quality problems), coach distributors on information management and administration of data. Manage the distributor on-boarding process, providing technical training and training support. Provide set-up and sales support for exhibitions, Manage / support distributors in retaining their installed base customers and consumables sales. 25%-30% of this role will require overseas travel of which expenses will be paid.
