£35K Coventry (L100140) JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of an engineering team working in a sophisticated environment operating lean manufacturing principles, responsible for maintaining and developing all plant, control systems and equipment to the highest standards and in line with Health and Safety requirements. In addition, you’ll also be part of a multi-functional self-managed team responsible for sharing decision making and training others to think in a pro-active manner. You must optimise line performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators in the areas of equipment reliability and efficiency, carry out all PPM work and repairs using advanced fault finding techniques on PLC controllers (siemens) and SCADA systems. Working knowledge and experience of Profibus, SCADA and S7 is preferred PERSON SPECIFICATION: from the food, lean manufacturing or automotive environment with exceptional electrical, PLC fault finding skills and IT skills. Must be a good team player, flexible, able to work as part of a close team and under pressure QUALIFICATIONS: HNC, Electrical controls and 16th 17th edition
