Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Manager/Engineering Manager to it's growing team.

The role will include the management and administration of existing and new product development, identifying lean opportunities and continuous improvement whilst ensuring all quality, environmental and health and safety legislation and standards are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will provide the technical authority to, and management of, a small team of skilled personnel, whilst building relationships with customers, suppliers and all levels of the company.

Being commercially aware and quality led, the ability to demonstrate a track record in management, production scheduling and engineering with experience of CAD/CAM and CNC 4/5 axis machining is required.

The role provides the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of the company through meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations.

Our major client is looking to recruit 2 multi skilled maintenance engineers to work at their fast paced manufacturing & process plant.
Your main roles and responsibilities will be to attend plant equipment breakdowns, conduct routine PPM and take part in small engineering projects. You will be a multi skilled maintenance engineer either with a mechanical or electrical bias but must be able to fault find and troubleshoot via PLC's. You will be experienced in working with a large array of plant equipment including, conveyors, dryers, centrifuges, pumps, motors, steam raising plant etc.
You will be a proactive engineer that is comfortable in a pressured, fast paced environment providing quick response to breakdowns.
You must embrace continuous improvement and TPM techniques.
Ideally you will have come from a food industry background or brewery or other FMCG industry. Apprentice trained with qualifications or experienced and strong qualifications preferred. Rotating 3 shift pattern with 3, 1 & 10 day off periods. Please apply asap for more information.

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Production Engineer to their growing team.
The role will include the design and development of jigs and fixtures for manufacturing operations, Bill of materials generation, defining & implementing process routes including operator training.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist in CAD/CAM modelling and programming, ensure drawing control is maintained whilst liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.

The role is “hands on” and provides the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of the company through meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations.
Defined Main roles & responsibilities:
•Design and development of jigs and fixtures
•Creation of bill of materials
•Creation of process routes and production layouts
•Technical Drawing control
•Operator training
•Assist in CAD/CAM modelling and programming
•To ensure quality, accuracy and service levels are met
•To build relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
•To ensure health and safety regulations are complied with
•To drive through changes in line with the Company’s strategic direction
•To carry out any other reasonable duties as and when required in accordance with Directors instructions.

Our client is looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer to their expanding team. Your main roles and responsibilities will be to;
Provide front-line liaison for distributors on technical issues; assist with identification of machine parts and other order administration queries; provide interface to discuss non-standard parts requests.
Work with distributors to develop and improve their service offering, including carrying out regular audits of the service organisation and performance.
Visit distributors to provide sales and service support, assist with on-site problem resolution, review parts returns, review on-going technical issues (including quality problems), coach distributors on information management and administration of data.
Manage the distributor on-boarding process, providing technical training and training support.
Provide set-up and sales support for exhibitions,
Manage / support distributors in retaining their installed base customers and consumables sales.
25%-30% of this role will require overseas travel of which expenses will be paid.

You will have come from a field service/support role within a electronic or printing industry, a recognised technical qualification and be customer focused and happy to travel internationally.
