Job Description: Our Client is looking to recruit a junior project manager. You will be responsible for the complex project management of commercial biomass boiler installations. You must be able to confidently liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors & manage health & safety issues & take ownership of projects. Excellent communication skills required along with ability to manage effectively and able to meet tight deadlines within budget and timescales.
Person Specification:
You will possess commercial experience of similar size projects up to £2M within an engineering industry. Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering is essential with an appreciation of combustion is advantageous. You will also have experience of utilising & implementing project management software such as Prince and possess excellent IT Skills.

A multi skilled facilities engineer, you will be responsible for installation and maintenance of electrical & mechanical services, experience in electrical systems and maintenance systems. LV electrical infrastructure working on power supplies, emergency power supplies, lighting, HVAC, fire alarms, security alarms. Basic electrical control panel distribution systems, 3 phase electrical, PAT testing and general first line fault finding on air conditioning ventilation systems. Experience of working with PPM systems and H&S procedures.
